First of the Lilies

This is the first Lily to open in the whole yard. I've been watching a large pink one by the front steps starting to color up, but then I noticed this little one just outside my window this morning, fully open.

I really like the orange/green combination in this painting, by the way.

    Beautiful! You paint colored glass so well, and this composition and color contrast is so lively and unexpected.
