Red Teapot on Pattern

My first painting of the red teapot in 2010! Have I mentioned before that I'm in love with Le Creuset? Maybe I will try painting some of my Le Creuset pots and pans someday, instead of just the teapot and pitcher. But then the ramekins and the trivet might feel left out...

    So I'm taking it this teapot is a Le Creuset? My daughter and I love their stuff! This painting is perfect. Perfect brush strokes, composition. Compelling in it's restraint. The background is lovely, too!
