One of the most interesting desserts I've ever had contained only three ingredients: milk, sugar, and avocado - all blended together to the consistency of pudding. I first had it at a dinner party, and it was a real conversation piece!

I really like this piece. All the circles within a circle motif. Halved avacados have to be the most beautiful fruit/veggie to paint.
Hi Sarah! I love the dessert you mentioned! Squeezing a little lemon in the mixture will keep the dessert from browning quickly!
I love your painting of avocados! I was going to try painting them in watercolors, but the ones I bought at the market were a bit too brown, overripe. Will try again soon.
